Generic Name:  Pyrazinamide (Zcure) + Rifampicin (Natricin Forte) + Isoniazid + Pyridoxine HCl (Curazid)

Formulations: Kidz Kit 3 Per 5 mL Zcure oral susp containing Pyrazinamide 250 mg. Kidz Kit 3 Per 5 mL Natricin Forte oral susp containing Rifampicin 200 mg. Kidz Kit 3 Per 5 mL Curazid Forte syr containing INH 200 mg, pyridoxine HCl 10 mg

Indications or Uses: For Pulmonary & extrapulmonary TB.

Dosage or Directions for use:  Zcure susp 25 mg/kg, maximum dose: 3 g daily. Natricin Forte susp 10 mg/kg, maximum dose: 600 mg daily. Curazid Forte syr 10-20 mg/kg, maximum dose: 300 mg daily.

Administration: Take 1 hr before meals. May be taken w/ meals if GI discomfort occurs. 

Contraindications: Jaundice

Special Precautions:  Kidz Kit 3 Liver damage, impaired renal function or history of gout. DM, convulsive disorders, history of psychosis. Alcoholics, malnourished, uremia, HIV. Pregnancy.

Adverse Reaction:  Kidz Kit 3 Hepatotoxicity, hyperuricemia leading to gout. GI & hematologic effects, pseudomembranous colitis.
